Recommend Modules?

Hey All,

I have a new website I would like to setup. I have used vbulletin for all of my other communities, but think that Drupal will fit this project better. So, I was hoping that some people could guide me in the right direction for modules to give me the functionality I need.

So, the site:

• Front Page: Combination of latest user updates (blog, user twitter, user's flickr rss updates, etc) as well as featured news items
• User Group Pages: These pages will be the main sections of the site and will be similar (if not identical) to the front page, but only seeded through members of one usergroup and featured items will be posted for this page specifically
• User Pages: We don't plan on hosting any images or video, so we would like for users to be able to input their flickr or youtube rss information and generate a page that has regular user information and blog as well as a feed of rich media from those sources.

So that's a high level description of the main components - after my vanilla install what modules should I start looking at?
