Anchors in Forms API reference don't work because they link on a non-existant page. The attached patch fixes this by simply removing the path to the filename as it's unnecessary. Additionally, it changes all URLs from drupaldocs.org to api.drupal.org.

Is it just me? As of May 11 all links on http://api.drupal.org/api/HEAD/file/developer/topics/forms_api_reference... are still broken...
