Insert Table doesn't work in Safari 4

From text area with TinyTinyMCE buttons showing, click button to insert table. "Insert/Modify Table" window appears as normal. Make changes to parameters, click INSERT button in lower left. "Insert/Modify Table" window simply resets to default values, and does not create new table in the text area being edited.
