I've been waiting so long for this mod to see the light, i can't help posting another last issue ;)

Surfing through the forum i've found a hack that lets you generate a GMap from any View. This feature would be definitely a killer, letting you generate loads of different maps from virtually any arbitrary combinations of nodes or data (yes, Google will rule the world, and Views module follows ;)

You can find here a demo, and here the how-to.

Still some kind of integration with proper hooks is needed.

Also posted a similar "integration" request for Views here, hope i did this right.

Yes I saw that too and I was pretty impressed.

I'm not at all familiar with views.module or how to put the hooks in. If someone already has that familiarity I could give whatever assistance is necessary to write the hooks. Otherwise, this will probably have to wait for a while.

I don't have views.module on any of my sites so I haven't tested it. I assume it works properly.
