I get the following error code when I activate one of the blocks:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/egizzi/public_html/sites/all/modules/ticketyboo/ticketyboo.module on line 212.

Running drupal 6.9.

Any ideas?

My bad.

The key here for me was I had to configure the ticker block before I put it in an active region.
