at the top of the comment, there is "Add new comment" now i want to change it into "Post a new comment".how should i do? any tips would be appreciated.

You can make changes in comment.module.
i think its line number 441

thx for u answer,you're right! but this will do some changes to the drupal core. is there another way not to alter the core file can change that .
