CMS Website to drupal

i am looking for a professionell drupal themer and module developer for a project.
The design is ready and available as PSD file.

A complete website needs to be changed to drupal.
Features are:
- multilingual
- special content types
- indexed and searchable document like pdf and word
- file attachments (PDF, DOC, PPT) to pages and articles
- printing-a-page and convert-to-pdf-page
- video conversation through ffmpeg for a video library
