Search phrases which are shorter then the minimum character length are also shown in the TopSearch List

Issue Summary

Example: The minimum length is 3 chars. I search for "bl", then I get the error message, that this term cannot be search, as it is too short. Still "bl" appears in the Top Search List.

Even empty searches are counted...

fixed in 6.x-1.1
You should run update.php to clean your DB form non valid phrases.
