In the customer receipt its showing the shipping address section and shipping phone but its empty and just shows , WRX in there.

Before upgrading to UC 2.0 Final it didn't put the shipping or phone there at all.

I forgot to mention, this is on the download only orders where they dont get to enter any shipping info.

It's not obvious, but the reason this happens is because you don't have store address set. Marking this issue as "duplicate" of #455888: Unable to send e-mail. Please contact the site administrator if the problem persists. which contains the discussion about how to patch Ubercart to ensure a store address is always set.
