White House site made with Drupal... I like it but...

hello, I don't know it this is being already discussed, but the new site of the white house built in drupal arose some controversies .. take a look at this article: http://www.slate.com/id/2233719/

I'm not such an expert, and though I think that's true sometimes drupal is a little hard to understand and surely some of the CMS systems around are easier to learn ... I just would like to put this question on the table, what do you think about the opinion this Slate journalist has about drupal?
He points out some security and usability issues... so I'd just like to read what the real users opinion is!
