Can't seem to get a sifr3 rule to work

I recently installed dynamic rendering on a drupal 6.4 configuration. It appears that I am able to render any text from my css using sifr2 rules. However, when I attempt to render any rule using sifr3 it appears to not work although there is no indication from the rule being saved that there is a problem. The sifr3 rules that I am defining are the exact same rule that I defined using sifr2 that worked.

After alot of tinkering I was able to get this plugin to work. I downloaded the latest sifr3 plugin and replaced the sifr2 plugin. It appears to work. However, the links appear to still not work within ie. Found that cufon doesn't have this problem! Cufon uses vector graphics which appear to not have the issue. Until sifr and dynamic render can figure this out I will use the cufon module.
