duplicate .module files in contrib folder were causing issues when enabling & conflicting with 6.14 core

There we're some duplication conflicts with other dependent modules for Asset in the latest release; asset-6.x-1.x-dev. The Emfield module was also not compatible with Drupal 6.14, I've attached a version of Asset that I've modified and we're currently using it without any conflicts (so far); we're running a multimedia heavy site with many other multimedia related - video, image modules.

The attached .zip copy is for review only u for developers and/or anyone wishing to give it a shot. I'd suggest trying it out on a R&D/test site, or make sure you have current database, site backups completed before enabling the Asset module.
