Change client status colors to reflect "client status" instead of last active

A failed background seems like it should be red.

The coloring is unrelated to the status, it is purely related to the last ping.

So when we have some enable server that doesn't ping for 4+ hours it gets yellow, and red after 12 I believe.

If anything maybe some explanation? Maybe its a bad idea altogether, but I figured after we get up and running client testing will become somewhat of a more rare event, that we have issues with.

green - enabled
yellow - testing
red - failed testing
disabled - are not displayed
