What modules are incompatible with devel_themer?

I've spent almost a day trying to get devel_themer to run. My menus disappear when I enable it. I occasionally get a white screen. I get the message below and also the warning when I ran cron. Searching the issue list I find I have several modules that are incompatible with devel_themer. Is the list missing anything? Is a module on the list but shouldn't be? Will these ever be compatible?

I am using the first 3 above. I am running drupal 6.13 with the Acquia Marina theme.
