Taxonomy term relationship

Hi, can you help me to establish relationship between two views (in one panel, 2 regions)?
There is two content types (tour, place_info) & one taxonomy vocabulary (tags) which is assigned to this content types. I'm trying to override display of "node/%" path. I've made two regions. In first region located selected node contents "tour" content type. And in second region the list of "place_info" content type entries, which has the same terms ("tag" vocabulary) as selected node (tour).
I've found in "Relationship" section "Term from node" relation type, but it takes only first term of several tags.
Please, can you show me any solution? Thanks
