[FlowPlayer] Fullscreen button disable until seek and default colors

Description
When using FlowPlayer 3, fullscreen button is disabled when playback starts.
If I seek into stream then the button becomes enabled. I'm using RTMP plugin ...
Also, even if I set colors to default FlowPlayer ones, it does not look like it should.
