After uninstalling the module node_access table is not reset

After installing TAC lite and using it to restrict a user, I noticed that anonymous users can't access some nodes even with proper permission granted. So I uninstalled the module but the issue remained and noticed that 'node_access' table contains rules created by the TAC lite so had to remove them manually.
