On installing the latest 2.x-dev and creating a basic forum, I immediately noticed that on the main forum page that rows without any topics were too small and clipped the folder image. See attached screenshot.

Easy as pie. Since this is a TD everything is very simple and we don't have to mess with min-height or any hacks around that.

I checked everything in FF 3.5 and 3.6, Opera and Safari on a Mac but a quick test in some IE's might not hurt.
