Hi,

I have a resume (.Doc) and I want to preserve the table style and replicate it back on the website. So which module or how do I create tables in Drupal?

This is really an HTML question, not a Drupal question.
But if you really want to do it with a module, try installing the tinytinymce module, and rebuilding your resume using that. It's interface is mostly like Word, so you can try to come up with something.
