Some blocks do not appear in block list

Description
I met a strange problem. I have 5 vocabularies but in the block list they are only 3 of them. Tried everything form cleanig the cache to reinstall the module but no results showed.
Thank you in advanced for some support.

Sorry, didn't read the option in the admin menu, which handle the types of vocabularies, which are permitted. So I did this and nothing happen again. After applying the multiple block patch and changing the number of the allowed block, these vocabularies appeared.
