Add Account Edit link on Profile Edit page for consistency

Hello,

On user's account edit page there is a tab for the 'profile edit'
But when I go to 'profile edit' the 'account edit' tab disappears.

Is it possible to add the account edit tab on the profile edit page for consistency?

Right now from the profile edit page, user will have to click on View tab to go to user profile page, then the account edit tab re-appears and click on that.
