link yshout to drupal user db

Description
There should be an option to link yshout to the drupal user db, allowing the site owner to set some restrictions:
- Only let registered users see the shoutbox (already possible as long as yshout is put in a block)
- Only let regsitered users shout while everyone can see the shoutbox
