I can't figure this one out. When I attempt to paste a hyperlink into a Wysiwyg field (FCKeditor 2.6.5) the link 'flashes' for a split second then vanishes. No text is in the field, not even when I view the source.

Any ideas?

What theme are you using?

You mean Drupal theme or FCKEditor theme? Roopletheme's NewsFlash for the former and the default for the latter.

I am also using FCKEditor's CSS and not the Drupal theme CSS.

I'm unable to reproduce this problem. Do you have any non-bundled plugins for FCKeditor enabled?
Which theme is used should not affect the link not appearing even in the source.

I would close the issue - I have moved over to TinyMCE with Wysiwyg which seems to be fine.
