Description
I've been unable to log into g.d.o since the upgrade to Single Singnon. I've created a sync request on g.d.o., but it hasn't been acted upon yet (this was +/- a month ago). Could someone point me in the right direction on how to get my accounts synched?
- nick (both on d.o & g.d.o): brunodbo
- g.d.o. profile url: http://groups.drupal.org/user/4411
- d.o. profile url: http://drupal.org/user/33235
Thanks!

The usernames and e-mail addresses are different enough that it's unclear that these are the same user. Can you change the d.o e-mail to be the same as the g.d.o one?

Seems Michelle synched my accounts (http://groups.drupal.org/node/28020), but I still can't login on g.d.o. I end up on http://drupal.org/user/login, with an access denied error.
@greggles: Problem is I'm not sure which e-mail address I used to register on g.d.o (I figured it would be the same as I used on d.o). And since I can't log in to g.d.o anymore, there's no way for me to see my g.d.o. e-mail ...
Would it be possible to send an e-mail to my g.d.o. e-mail address, so I can change my d.o. address to that one?

Ok, I sent you a mail via your contact tab on g.d.o. That should help solve it.

Thanks a lot for following up on this. However, I didn't receive an e-mail on any of my addresses.
Funny thing is, when I try to login on g.d.o., I'm redirected to the Access Denied page on d.o., and when I go back to g.d.o., it says:
I'm guessing I might have a second account on g.d.o. (with the same e-mail address and username as I have on d.o.), but I can't find it. Or does the message come from d.o.?
Sorry for the trouble, I just want my g.d.o. login back :)

Yes, there is http://groups.drupal.org/user/44153
I don't know what to do here other than have you abandon the http://groups.drupal.org/user/4411 account and start using the new one (4153). You don't have access to the e-mail for it and don't know the password so we really can't verify that it's yours. If anyone else has ideas on this I'm all ears.

When I go to http://groups.drupal.org/user/44153, I get this message
* Your user account on groups.drupal.org appears to have problems. Would you like to try to repair it yourself?* Otherwise you can contact the site administrators by submitting a synch request.
When I try repairing my account (the first link in the message), I get
Both an account with matching name and an account with matching email address exist, but they are different accounts. This must be fixed manually. Please contact the site administrator.#7
How about a hint? The email is for a domain that has two x's in it. If it's your email, that should ring some bells.

Yes, that does ring some bells :) I don't own that domain anymore though, which is why I never got the e-mail greggles sent me.
I contacted you via http://shellmultimedia.com/contact.
