Views Filter "Fast address filter and sort" Country and Administrative area not working...

Issue Summary

Hello,

I am having an issue when I use "Fast address filter and sort" exposed view filter.

In the view, when I enter a locality and click submit everything goes as it should. However, if I select a country, and click submit, all results are returned. Same thing happens if I enter something into the administrative area and click submit.

It would appear that the latter two fields are not actually being checked against the views query.

I have attached a ss of the views filter settings. Let me know what other information you need from me in order to troubleshoot this.
