Can someone please explain the syntax that one should use for the "Vocabs to use" setting (under "Change settings for this style")? I have tried, without success, to use <2>
and other iterations of the vocabulary that I would like to display in the cloud.

Thanks,
Eric

Put there name of your vocabulary instead of id:
'Tag' instead of '2'.

I think this is related to: #433910: Vocab selection should be a selector

As long as that feature request isn't implemented, a short explanation on how to use the field would be good. Right now, there is no indication on how to use it.

It was mentioned that one should fill in a taxonomy term name. If so, let's mention it there.

Is it possible to use various vocabularies, too?

I think the better solution is to just fix the UI at #433910: Vocab selection should be a selector so you don't need help text. But, if for some reason that never happens, yeah, at least this.

I still can't manage to use this module, I always get this SQL error:
#801416: View of Type:Taxonomy Throws SQL Error

I have vocabularies named "Land" and "Tags". Under "Vocabs to use" I set one of those and get an error. If I put "land" or "tags" (lower case), I get a message saying "Could not find [term-name]!".

Can somebody help me?
