I´ve folloved the instructions, but the "tac_lite" link under settings, does not appear.
If I enter manually, typing admin/settings/tac_lite it appears:
SETTINGS (title) and then:
"Save Configuration" / "Reset to Defaults" buttons. With no content at all.

So this way I cannot set the module.

I thought this was fixed...

Find the settings under administer >> access control >> tac_lite. Ignore admin >> settings >> tac_lite.

Also per-user settings under user/N/edit
