Sorry for the urgent help request but all of a sudden randomly on a clients drupal site 3 of 7 of the menu items in primary links are missing.

I am using the Nice Menu's module to enable a drop down menu but other then that there is nothing else going on...

Anyone had this problem before?

They are still listed in the menu section, but are not displaying?
If so, maybe try rebuilding permissions: admin -> content managment -> post settings
