Change role when user creates group.

I've looked and can't find any feature requests like this, so here goes:

How about an addition to the OG-Promote or maybe just another contrib module that changes the user's role (or adds another role to the user) when they create a group for the first time?

Say that I have a special user role called "Group Leader" with special priviledges. When an Authenticated User starts their own group (not every time, just the first time), I need the user to automatically have "Group Leader" added to their role list, just like if I went in, edited the user and clicked that checkbox.

Anyway, great work so far, everyone! I've got OG up and running on a prototype site where OG is the main functionality and essential to site features and other than a few bugs and needed features, everything works pretty well. :)
