File Manager? How do I activate or configure the file manager when Whizzywig is inside the WYSIWYG API

Description

I have the latest WYSIWYG API module and I have installed the whizzywig so that I could try out the image/file uploading.

There is only a button for 'image' and when I click on it I am then required to input the url for the image, this is not what I am looking for.

I understand from the Whizzywig module page that a file manager is included, how do I activate it?

Do I need to disable the original 'inline' & 'insert' modules? I have attached a list of the current modules that I have installed in my Drupal 6.14 installation.

FYI: My buttons also do not show up though I'm sure I can handle that by ensuring the files are in the correct folders and that the permissions are applicable.

For now, you'll have to manually change the variables in whizzywig.js (the library one, not the one in Wywiwyg module). Note that this affects all your editor instances, regardless of the input format they belong to.
The toolbar images will work if you place WhizzywigToolbar.png in your root folder. No special permissions needed.
