Description

I believe many Drupalers would join my appreciation to the module maintainers if they could make the default OpenID info site (currently http://openid.net) to be changeable to another URL. The main reason is that some Drupal sites are in the zones blocked from the international traffic and their administrators would direct the visitors of their Drupal sites to other than http://openid.net sites providing information about OpenID accessible in their zones. This especially helps promoting Drupal in some developing countries with traffics divided to more cheap internal and more expensive external traffics, which makes some Internet providers to block external traffic (like in Kyrgyz Republic, for instance) or with local authorities limiting access to foreign sites for different political reasons.

If there is a chance for this request to be accepted then 'http://openid.net' needs to be made settable everywhere, not only URL of the "What is OpenID?" expression in login block, but also on the already authorised user's OpenID page like http://drupalsite.com/user/1/openid.
