Seeking Drupal expert for ongoing help with theming, ecommerce, and miscellaneous tasks

I am building a Drupal site with a custom theme and although I can do 95% of what I need to do myself, I'm running into some limits with my own skills. I would like to find an expert Drupal developer who can assist me with various advanced tasks as I work on my site. Some examples of tasks that I'm looking to hire someone to help with:

-Complete Drupal and module version upgrades
-Create dynamic menus with JavaScript rollovers
-Configure/customize Ubercart to enable access to specific individual nodes based on payment records

I would also love to find someone who is willing to answer questions (usually of the "Why can't I get this to work?!" variety) and give tips as I'm working on the site (on the clock, of course).

Work would be on a sporadic basis, although has the potential to become more regular as the site grows if you have an interest in this.

FYI, the site's purpose is adult sex education and it does contain explicit, but not pornographic, content, so if you are not comfortable with this please don't respond.
