Only moderate specific fields

Description
Would it be possible to make this module only check specific fields of a content type for revision? I, frankly, do not care if users change the text fields of their nodes, but changes in attachments should be moderated. Is there a way i can make this module do that?
(is it even being developed any more? Most recent update if from last year)
