Please merge my g.d.o account

Description

Hi over worked and under appreciated webmasters,

Can you please merge my g.d.o account with my d.o account?

I used the form to request a merge around a month ago and nothing happened. I used the contact form linked to by the error message when logging into g.d.o and nothing happened.

It is rather frustrating not being able to use g.d.o.
