I have SSP running fine.

However, there are visitors unable to experience SP slideshows because they lack the requisite Flash support. In the "worst-case" scenario, Flash-challenged visitors will see a broken webpage or missing content. Think about a photographer showing his/her portfolio where the images are the most important content of the site...

On the slideshowpro website, I found no mentioning of this.

An automatic graceful downgrade from a Flashed based Slideshowpro to a javascript slideshow (with limited funtionality) would be a solution.

Could this be achieved in an integrated way with Views Slideshow (or any other solution)

This module is to provide a solution for slideshowpro.
Thus I am marking this as wont fix.
