Hi,
Upon applying some updates to a site running Drupal 6.14, a lot of administration options from the admin screen have gone missing. Going directly to their url (like /admin/reports/status) gives a page not found or just returns me to the higher level (in the case of admin/reports/status, the page shown is admin/reports but the only report available is the Available updates report).
In addition to this, the Create Content links are missing, and going directly to them just returns a blank Create Content page.
I'm logged in as admin (user id 1), so it shouldn't be a permission problem. Other sites running on the same machine (same codebase) do not have this problem (they all have their options).
What can I do?
Thanks.

raintonr commentedThis sounds very odd. Has the problem miraculously disappeared? Did you try clearing the cache?
Have a look at /admin/build/menu-customize/navigation and see if you can 'reset' any of the missing items or if they are not enabled.
