I had a quick look, and couldn't see any integration with Views. It would be super nice to be able to make views of nodes belonging to selected subsites. Any plans?

I had implemented that in a previous (internal) version. But decided to remove it because it's a bit ambiguous. The best way to work here is to tag all your nodes and then add all nodes to the section that have a certain tag. You can do this using page visibility using php code.
