but to complete this work you need to add Rtl feature.

The current version is not too bad, the RTL stylesheets of the core drupal override many direction issues. However, menus in general need some work. In the attachment the layout of how LRT and RTL look like without any change.

Thanks for screen-shots @Marat Although it looks appropriate but i think the proper implementation requires floating layout. for example right side bar should appear at left when it's RTL.
