Ubercart module modifications

I need someone that can add some features into the ubercart module. My site is used to sign up for a service and charges recurring payments that are processed through authorize.net. I need:

• The ability for customer to sign up in advance. In other words, specify a date in the future to begin charging the card.
• The ability of the site to automatically prorate initial months cost. So if the service is $100 per month, and I sign up on the 15th, charge me $50 for that initial charge.
• The ability for me to specify the date the recurring charge is processed on. I want all recurring fees processed on the 27th. This may already be possible though authorize.net settings, but I haven't found it yet.
