Changing input format doesn't trigger fckeditor

I have multi-domains with domain 6.x-2.0 module, created 2 domains and assigned fckeditor 2.6.5 to FULL HTML input format.
Changing input format to FULL HTML trigger fckeditor shown up on A domain but this is not the case on B domain.
What could be on an issues? and Where can I look into?
Any idea would be much appreciated.

I am not sure this could be bug report or request support.
Any advice?

Have you looked through the FAQ? (Linked from the project page.) Are you using the same themes on both domains? If the theme does not print all the script variables, like $closure, the Wysiwyg scripts won't run.
Do you see any JavaScript errors?
