I'm working on a customized drupal module, I want to update referenced content types when I update the referrer node.
here is the scenario,
"I m working on an event management app , and I have an event content type which is a happening in a room (content type) and here the room is a a node reference on an event, and my issue is , when I want to insert, update, delete an event I want to update the room availability field accordingly, who can I do it?
if there is a where using views, CCk,... please help

You might be able to set this up with the http://drupal.org/project/rules module.
