File mode bits wrong: Failed opening required ...userprotect.install

The file mode bits of some of the files are set to be not world readable.

Depending on your Apache setup this may prevent Apache/PHP load the module files. This may lead to a error when accessing any Drupal page like:

Failed opening required ./sites/default/modules/userprotect/userprotect.install

Solution is to run a chmod o+r ./sites/default/modules/userprotect/*.
