How do I create help files and FAQ's for instructions on how to navigate my website. Examples: creating an account, adding content, updating information, adding features ect. Does Druple come with help files already installed? If so, how do I customize them to my website?

Any response would be greatly appreciated

I don't know of any modules to do this, but there are endless ways to accomplish it.
I did a few things on my site with FAQ, a blog for that purpose, a few custom blocks and adding information to the different content types.

http://buckeyelake.org/faq ; This is mostly HowTo topics for the web site
http://buckeyelake.org/blog/oceanedit ;this is a blog that contains mostly help
http://buckeyelake.org/ads/classified_ad ; this has a block on the left with help.
http://buckeyelake.org/node/add/letter ;A place where anyone can submit a letter has some help on the create page
Goto: administer > Content management > Content types > (page, story or whatever) > Edit
On that page,,
Description: --This part will show on the create content page.
Submission form settings > Explanation or submission guidelines: --This part will show when actually creating the content
