Issue Summary
Hi Kiam,
I only enabled noindex from the robots tags, but it seems the code is outputting 0s for the other tags that I did not enable as per subject :)

I changed the code, and committed it.
I also changed something else; when the checkbox to use the default values is selected, the code will use the default values, even in the case the other checkboxes has been selected.
For a better usability, I should add JavaScript code that would disable the first checkboxes shown when the checkbox is selected.
The issue has been fixed in the branch 6.x-1 as well.
