Issue Summary
I'd like rebuild permission, but, when i start the action, the process not ending, it's stop at cca. 86-99%, and not moving to the end (to 100 percent). i was tried the Content access module, i've got the same problem. I have cca. 2000 page on the site, with six users groups.
Thanks,

I have the same issue. I disabled the Nodeaccess module, and then the problem went away. Re-enabling Nodeaccess caused the problem again.

Same issue here. Disabling clears the error, re-enabling brings the error back up
#3
the "solution": i was made a new drupal site, and i was imported the old site's content and users.

If it's doing it with content access too, it'd be an issue with drupal core, not much I can do about it with this module. My guess would be you may be running out of memory or hitting a script execution limit, rebuilding permissions for 2000 nodes can take a while.
