I'm fumbling my way through drupal, and need to cut to the chase. How do I remove the "view" and "rearrange" button tabs on each of my pages? I don't want visitors to have access to them.

It sounds like you have enabled a module that adds this option, and further that you have enabled it for anonymous users. That rearrange option is unfamiliar to me, but if it's in a properly-written add-in, you should be able to disable anonymous access to it in the permissions menu.

That should make the tabs vanish.

this happened to me when i installed the draggable views

the solution : i uninstalled it
