There has been some work done on the Node Limit Number module which adds some OG functionality to it. http://drupal.org/node/376292
I was wondering if we could incorporate it into the OG module directly.
What it does is set up a condition to see if the user is a part of a specific group.
So, let's say that we want anyone from the "Star Trek" group to not be able to publish any content, this module would allow for that.
As of right now, I don't think OG can do that on its own with the Rules that we have. I could be wrong though.
I did see the "User is group member" condition, but I couldn't find any documentation on how to use it, and I don't know if it's what I was looking for to begin with.
Anyway, the patch on http://drupal.org/node/376292 should show the functionality that I'm looking for.
