why my annonymous user can not access the phpbbforum page,
the error reason is

content encoding error

Hi,

I'm not too sure why you are getting "content encoding error", but let's start at the basics.

1. Have you checked your permissions for the forum? Go to admin/user/permissions and check the settings for the "phpbbforum module". i.e. ensure "access phpBB forum" is enabled for "anonymous user".

2. Do you get the error if you use a different theme? i.e. garland
