Issue Summary
It's very common on sites which use UR to have content profiles for each user using the content_profile module.
In those cases people's real (full) name is often the title of those profile fields.
It would be nice if you could use the fullname because people sometimes choose weird usernames which leave the requestee in the dark about the identity of this person.
However, this data is not available as replacement string in the request message template (see screenshot).

I don't see this as a wider need, and would probably best be left to individual site developers to customize based on their own setup. If username isn't being used there are many more places throughout the site that would need to be customized, not just UR.
