After installing, can't access Admin functions

I installed Administration menu and the menu appears at the top of the screen, but I can't access any Admin functions either from the new menu or the old menu. I always get blank pages. I never got to the point of setting up permissions for Administration menu, but I am signed in as user 1, so that should not be an issue.
At the very least, can you tell me how to undo this so I can get my Admin functions back? The server is Linux/Apache.

OK, I got into the database and disabled the module. If I figure out more, I'll let you know.

this happened when i upgraded from 1.5 to 3.x alpha for me. Also, 1.5 does not work with php 5.3. I keep getting errors and the drupal menu will not display.

Without proper error message or bug report, there's nothing that can be done here.
